Notice of Intent to Adopt Proposed Emergency Rules
Public Comment Period Open
The public is invited to provide written comment on proposed emergency rules for Local Government Project American Rescue Plan Act Grants in advance of State Loan and Investment Board ("Board") consideration on July 21, 2022.
During the 2022 Legislative Session, OSLI received an appropriation of $50,000,000 for administrative costs and merit based allocations of competitive grant funding to cities, counties and tribal governments to address the COVID-19 public health emergency or its negative economic impacts.
The proposed rules are linked above. Comments may be submitted by email to bonnie.smith2@wyo.gov, using the comment form on this page, or to the address listed below. Written public comment will be accepted until 5PM on July 11th, 2022.
