Notice of Intent to Adopt Proposed Emergency Rules

Public Comment Period Closed

The public was invited to provide written comment on two (2) proposed emergency rules for American Rescue Plan Direct (ARPD) funded Eligible Water & Sewer Projects and Health and Human Services Funding in advance of State Loan and Investment Board ("Board") consideration on June 13, 2022. That comment period has now ended. The Board will consider a final draft of the rules during a special public meeting on June 13, 2022.
