SRF Programs

Introduction

The Wyoming State Revolving Fund (SRF) staff is pleased to introduce a new AI online pre-application certification process. This initiative features a two-part educational slide presentation designed to offer applicants the flexibility to fulfill pre-application requirements independently, thereby reducing the necessity for scheduled consultations with staff members.

The presentation provides a comprehensive overview of the SRF programs, the formal application procedure, and the documentation required for a successful submission.

Certification Requirements and Procedures

Following the review of the presentation materials, applicants must download and complete the formal certification questionnaire. The finalized document should be submitted via email to Nicole Woodworth, SRF Community Loan Officer, at nicole.woodworth@wyo.gov.

Upon receipt, staff will evaluate the submission. A Certificate of Completion will be issued to the applicant if the responses meet the requisite standards. Please be advised that the questionnaire must be printed and include the signature of an authorized representative of the borrowing entity; digital signatures are recognized and accepted for this process.

A valid Certificate of Completion is a mandatory component of every loan application submitted. Applicants who have successfully submitted an application within the past calendar year may request a certification of prior completion by contacting Nicole Woodworth (nicole.woodworth@wyo.gov) or Shawn King (shawn.king1@wyo.gov).
