The Office of State Lands and Investments will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in observance of Thanksgiving Day.
Wind energy leasing of state lands for the exclusive right to convert wind energy into electrical energy is authorized under Chapter 6 of the Board of Land Commissioners' Rules and Regulations.
