The Small Business Emergency Bridge programs allows loans to be awarded after the Governor has declared a natural disaster and designates the counties where the natural disaster occurred. The Wyoming Legislature created this program in the 2025 Budget Session. (2025 Wyo. Sess. Laws Ch. 103).
Some of the required conditions for this loan are:
The Governor has declared a natural disaster in your county.
The small business must be legally established, in operation before the natural disaster, and physically located in the area where the natural disaster is declared.
Loan applications must be submitted to a financial institution that is registered with the Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI).
Small Business Emergency Bridge Loans are authorized under Chapter 43 of the State Loan and Investment Board's Rules and and Regulations.
